A dichotomy between the love of architecture and the architecture of love.
A few hours before attending a congressional meeting, Eric, an architect, gets a delivery from a special young woman, Claire, and falls under her spell. Eric is caught between his future project - The Dolphin Skin City, and his everyday life in Australia.

THE DOLPHIN SKIN CITY
The film's cinema version was dedicated to Peter Gabriel and includes an extract from Peter's song, Curtains. The movie is a variation on the love of architecture and the architecture of love. Screened in more than twenty countries it won Best Drama at the Media Film Festival and Best Short stranger to the Back in the Box Film Festival of Encino, California. It screened as the first of Eugène Green's film, La Sapienza at the Winnipeg Architecture Film Festival.
