Historic Paris---
Early in the morning a woman is seated on steps of the Sacre-Coeur.  She looks at her watch and seems anxious.  A few meters away, a young woman is drawing her ... It is the beginning of a 'wheel' where four women will observe and admire each other and discover a secret link through their hearts and through their arts without saying a word.

director commentary

I chose the film's title because sometimes, in big cities, it seems there are 20 kilometers of solitude around people.  This film is like an avant garde look at a cure for that solitude.

One of my favorite bands is R.E.M., and their song, Perfect Circle.  I love the fact that sometimes, you can form a type of philosophically perfect circle without knowing.
